    • Offer Negotiation: Facilitate the offer negotiation process between clients and candidates.
    • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities using our CRM system.

    Qualifications:

    • 2 to 4 years of experience in the India Domestic Staffing business, with a focus on IT recruitment.
    • Proven track record in IT technical recruiting.
    • Strong understanding of the Indian IT industry and its various domains.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and remotely, managing your recruitment process efficiently.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
    • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and databases.
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred but not required).
